In my search for better health for myself and those I care about, I continue to look for anything that will help – western medicine, eastern medicine, therapy, supplements, massage, homeopathy and things I don’t know about yet.
According to Wikipedia homeopathy is: a form of “alternative medicine in which practitioners claim to treat patients using highly diluted preparations that are believed to cause healthy people to exhibit symptoms that are similar to those exhibited by the patient.”
much alive and well in the 21st century. Homeopathic remedies have helped Chris and I. Who knows? They might help you.
While doing some research on things that help with anxiety and depression, I came across a remedy called Gelsemium. I mention it here because it just might help someone reading this. Gelsemium is made from yellow jasmine. It is used to aleviate anxiety and several other conditions. Check it out on the web. Better yet, contact your local homeopath about it.
And please: my usual caveat – I am not a physician. That being the case, I do not and cannot perscribe anything for anyone. What I can do is share my experience in the hope it will help you or someone you care about.
